I came for my appointment 10 mins late. Called her many times and waited outside the door, she not only lied that she left at 2:15. I was literally standing outside for 35-40 mins waiting. She never let me know that she left. It’s a common practice to call your client if they are late. But she tried to tell almost hour later it was all my fault and she had no shows and that’s it. I’m so frustrated. I had one day off to do my hair before Christmas and this person just stood me up and it’s not a client oriented attitude. Like WOW!! Good luck with that attitude, I was really looking forward to have my new hair and I would 100% give a tip.

I love Shelby, she is ALWAYS HAPPY, always up to date on new procedures on hair cuts AND color, just a great hairdresser that REALLY cares about her clientele and their wishes...she is very skilled, always taking available classes to update and hone her skills in order to provide her clients a variety and professionalism, stop by you will be extremely happy with her results!!!! SHE ALWAYS LISTENS, SHELBY CUTS HAIR WITH CARE, LOVE AND PROFESSIONALISM, ❤️ VERY HAPPY EVERY TIME I LEAVE THE SHOP!!!!

Shelby is the best. She does such a great Job on hair color and hair extentions. Plus, she is so kind and has such a great energy. There is tons of metered parking right outside her salon and you get text her directly for an appointment, do yourself a favor and visit Shelby.

Shelby is amazing, I actually live in Utah but I love her so much I gladly travel 6 plus hours for Shelby Johnston to do my hair, I am more than happy to travel that far. Shelby is gentle which for me is a big plus

Absolutely amazing!! I found Shelby after being traumatized by tape in extensions that were all wrong for me. Searched online for the best extension professionals available and luckily found Shelby. Our initial consultation was amazing. She found the perfect hair as well as installation for me and I couldn't wait to come back for my transformation! My extensions are to die for! Better than I could have hoped for! I get compliments on my hair all the time and nobody has even guessed that I have a little "assistance" . Besides being amazing at her craft, she's an amazing woman and I truly enjoy our time together at the salon!

Shelby does an amazing job! I always felt like going to the salon was a chore but she makes the experience so pleasant and enjoyable. Her skills far surpass other hairstylist I have been to. I get my hair extensions done with her. I always come out of there looking so beautiful and feeling more confident. She has a gentle touch, which I appreciate. She is reliable and alway fits me when I need an appointment, which can be hard due to my busy work schedule. She is so skilled at hair extensions and I would absolutely recommend her!!
