Angel has been my Pilates instructor for over 12 years. Her knowledge and teaching of classic Pilates has been essential to keeping my body moving & healthy. I would recommend her for all seeking the classic Pilates reformer workout.
You have to go to Angel if you really want to know how to engage your core. No one has ever explained it and really showed how to do that the way she does. It made such a difference when I went back to group classes. I wish I would have found her 20 years ago .
