Updating now as I switched over to hybrid extensions (used to get classics). I love the extra flair that hybrid gives and it still stays on super long. I also appreciate how over the years Lou has become even more skillful and quicker at applying the extensions and doing touch ups. For a new set it is usually less than an hour. For hybrid touch-ups it takes about 20-30 minutes.

I've been coming to Lou's for 4+ years and I've never had any issues. I originally started w classic extensions until I got curious about hybrid extensions. Lou explained the difference and when I was ready I opted for Hybrid. Time wise, classic touch-up is quicker than Hybrid. However, I don't mind the 20-30 min Hybrid touch-up bc Lou is very professional and the studio is relaxing. Speaking of relaxing, I've had a head massage by Chizu and she did such a great job that I fell asleep. If you are looking for a professional spa experience, look no further!

I have been coming to Lou’s to get my lashes done for the past couple of years. When she told me she started this new service, dry head spa, I could not wait to try! I know she is very knowledgable and provides top of the line quality services. After several sessions of dry head spa with Lou, I am hooked! She learned all the techniques directly from an expert in Japan. She also explained to me about the muscle movements on scalp, and importance of blood flow especially on top of the head as it can affect the healthy hair growth.
