From the moment we met with them, through the entire process to the final handshake, they have been nothing but excellent in every way, from handling the initial inquiry to the completion... They even helped with an issue outside of their usual scope.
If you're looking for a great job with excellent customer service, these are the people you need to work with.

We are absolutely thrilled with the professionalism of the staff at Carpet Spectrum, especially Becky, Brian, and the carpet layers. The carpet was laid perfectly, the workers were always on time and worked so diligently. We are beyond impressed and would certainly use them as our first choice the next time we need carpeting, and highly recommend them to everyone.

Like so many other reviews, I agree that this company has great service, quality product and fair pricing. Becky knows her stuff and is very thorough, which is what you want on a home project. Whatever flooring projects we have in the future, I wouldn't go anywhere else.
