If you want to overpay and get treated like a stepchild, this is the company for you.
We have been using MVAC for years to do all of our AC maintenance (6 suites) so we got a quote from them to install a mini split in one of them. Manager came out and after telling him about our time constraints he told us the inside work, including electrical, would be completed on a Friday and the outside work done on the Monday.

Had some work done a few months ago. Techs were clean and friendly, service was great, haven't had any issues since. Highly recommend this company.

I said it sounded like the guy got another job and Jacob said yeah, sounds like it. We later talked with someone at MVAC who said the electricians were off that day because it was Good Friday. So, Jacob lied. And, nobody at MVAC had the decency to call and let us know they weren't coming. Now the bad part: The quote for the electrical from MVAC was $3100. Since they weren't coming out for a week, I called my electrician that day and he sent two guys right out (JAV Electric) and they got it done. Guess the cost...$944.35! That's a difference of $2155.65 and speaks volumes about gouging customers.
