I like the staff and the doctor. Only reason I gave them 4 stars is that I have Veterans Health Care and there seems to be a big mix up in getting a gel injection for my knee. Doctor's office claims the VA denied the injection but VA claims the referral was never submitted and they have been approving gel injections. Had to go back for second appoint and office manager is going to call me back in a few days hopefully to get this straightened out as it has already been 6 weeks or so since first appointment. Once it is resolved, I will upgrade to 5 stars.

Came in to my appointment today to find out why I have a lump on my wrist. It's called a Ganglion Cyst or Bible Cyst. Apparently it comes from Radioscaphoid arthritis and there is fluid going up and forming a bubble. Back to the business.... I arrived early and was handed some forms to go fill out OUTSIDE after my temperature. They had enough seating to maintain social distancing but chose to make people wait outside and they will call your cellphone when it's your turn. The receptionist may or may not have been in a good mood, she was efficient but it was almost robotic. Why have people forgotten how to smile? I can tell even with your mask on. Great staff and Dr's !!! I was in the office and in 2 weeks my surgery was done. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Crater was the best. He straightforward and professional. Told me what I needed and done and done.
