Truly a amazing staff handle with care and respect most importantly 👏 always a good experience for me new to the whole doctor experience and unfortunately took me a few trys to find a friendly and respectful staff. I was kept waiting 90 min. Over my appt time. My BP was 200over100….big mistake there on nurse’s part. Nurse also had to check if my referral was still good. Wouldn’t have gotten the appt. If not. Very poor attention paid yesterday, compared to previous years.
I first came to seven star with a client and we saw Dr Panse. In my opinion he was not attentive, he kept his back turned to the elderly woman and she couldn't understand him. He still would not face her. The next time I was here was a bout a month ago , with another elderly client and she saw Dr Davenport. We both LOVED HIM. He was excellent with my client and thorough the 3rd time I was at this facility was last week and my client saw Dr Gande. This was the worst one yet. He cut on the other doctor as well as the hospital and my clients primary doctor. He complained to all of the staff about everything. Very negative. Was not of any help.
