Office staff is abysmal. Disability paperwork was not done after inquiring about it on my initial visit, and I didn't learn about it until 2 1/2 weeks later when edd told me the the doctor had not provided any info on my claim. Hopefully the surgeon didn't forget as many things as the front office has.

BEST ORTHOPEDIST DR. MacARTHUR!!!Dr. MacArthur is extremely knowledgeable and kind. He takes into account your current treating physicians and their current tx plans. And, yes, there actually are doctors who DO read ur case history and records sent over before they even say hello. Dr. MacArthur showed sincere concern for a pretty rare condition I have and even Coordinated that immediate surgery with my upcoming bilateral knee replacements (which he will now be doing.) He gave my other surgeon his private cell so they could together get me the best possible outcome. I was stunned (happily.)’ Dr. MacArthur is now my only ortho. Even my gen surgeon for my autoimmune challenges took time to remark how impressed he was and how blessed I am to have Dr. MacArthur be my ortho. I am no longer freakin out about my upcoming replacements. yay!(I want to add that I think their front desk team is awesome. They were organized, helpful& kind and i didn’t wait long at all. )
