They have always been very easy to get in. I have never waited more than 30 min. to be seen. The Doctor is very thorough, and very sweet! She actually listens to what you are saying! My family and I don't go anyplace else, have been coming here since they opened.

I’ve been coming to the doctor for many years and all the offices from Dr. koka and they’ve always been great with me. Give me my medicine even work with me to listen to me. Whenever any labs or anything that leaves a 10 a day serious they’re always right on top of it especially at urgent care and the nurses are great associates. Highly recommend this urgent care

I've been calling over and over all day, the doctors line and urgent care that is "open 7 days," it rings and rings and rings and rings. That's it. And yes I triple checked that I had the correct number. I just had an appt but the Dr wasn't there so I'm told at the end of my visit that I have to make a follow up appt with the PCP with availability more than a week later before I can get a referral or anything can be done. Since then my symptoms have gotten worse and much more painful. I just need an antibiotic or advice but can't get anyone to pick up the phone. Don't go here! Save Yourself
