Lucas came to our apartment exactly at the time he scheduled. He was kind enough to call us 30 mins before arrival .Lucas was amazing and Very informative. I highly recommend Water Heaters. They do an amazing job . 10/10

From the initial call to the next day installation the service was quick, efficient and honest. Repair person Sean L. Communicated his arrival time and stuck to it. He cleaned up and worked quickly and he is a very nice guy. Exceptional service.

Water heater stopped working and I hoped they could repair it but they said parts obsolete and no choice other than replacing. Chrys went a got the new tank and had it all done in a few hours. A little expensive but I needed it done. I was really lucky to have Chrys as the technician, he was knowledgeable, polite and very efficient.
