We are very happy with our ductless mini-split and heat pump installation and the overall experience. The team was punctual, communicative, and very polite. They did a great job setting expectations and keeping us updated whenever anything changed. The installation turned out great, and I’m very pleased with their work and service. Highly recommend!
Great service. Luis was very professional and found the problem right away. A wire had come off a terminal going out to the compressor. Problem fixed in 20 minutes. Thank God. It was 90 degrees outside. I will recommend Villquin to friends and use them again if anything else fails in the future.
Luis, Beto and Yahir were very professional, courteous and efficient with the installation and set up of my appliances. Luis and Beto returned to inspect my HVAC system.
