I had taken my computer to another shop, where one issue was replaced with another. Didn't feel confident about leaving it there, so I turned to Yelp to find somebody else near where I live and that's when I found Vicentech. This is a mom and pop type of shop located directly across the street from the 7-11 on Jackson Street in Hayward. I have an Apple iMac and the work was completed without issues. I would strongly suggest either texting or calling Vicente first, rather than just showing up to his shop to let him know you're on your way to see him. As I mentioned earlier, this is a small business so there may be times where he needs to leave his shop momentarily and you may miss him if you just show up without giving him a heads up. Really great customer service! He is very patient when going over what might be the issue with your device. I highly recommend Vicente! Habla Español

Vince gave me really great customer service when know-one else could. Answered my call, was informative. Once my laptop was complete he even helped me with extra downloads for school.Thanks
