My experience with this company was very well. They have a huge selection of products ranging from carpet, Harwood, laminate to 100% water proof flooring. The owner has a lifetime of experience and his installer was very efficient with the work performed in a very professional manner. I would easily chose this company again for future work. 👍👍

This is definitely one of the best shops for flooring needs. Everyone is so warm and patient, and never pushy. They let you take floor samples home and try different options. I went to multiple shops and their quote was one of the best. I would highly recommend this store.

The laminate floor I bought in July 2022 has become bulging after two years. I called the person in charge of the company and he immediately said that it must be because of water spills and not wiped. I said that this kind of floor was sitting in the water in your company at that time. Isn’t it waterproof? The person in charge of remote viewing and prediction told me that I changed it every four months. I said, aren't you lying? I searched for this store on Google Maps in July 2022. At that time, I wanted to buy a completely waterproof stone plastic floor. The boss directly recommended this laminate floor in his fish tank waterfall, which is the current situation. There are other locations where the floor is also bulging on both sides. I remind everyone to do their homework in advance when buying flooring and don’t just believe the merchant’s words.

I highly recommend the floor depot! We had our condo remodeled a couple months ago, replacing all the carpet and old tiles with laminate floor and MSPC. Raymond (the owner) came to do the measurements himself and provided an estimate which turns out to be pretty accurate. No hidden fees no asking you to do estras during the process. The price is quite affordable too. My condo is 1200sqft. It took the crew 3 days to finish the work. A lot of time was spent on getting rid of the old tiles otherwise it would have faster. And this is when we still live inside - the workers have to move our furniture around everyday. So very impressed with the speed. I also love the materials. Good quality and color. Looks fantastic! Much much better than previously.

Just remodeled my parents house. Overall I am very satisfied with the flooring I purchased from Raymond. Bought the MSPC which is waterproof and sketch resistant. Our house is over 4000 sq ft and We have hydronic heating which sometime would affect the flooring but Raymond helped us to call the manufacturer to make sure it is okay to install. Definitely recommend!

Hired this company to put in flooring at my new house. They were very knowledgeable about the products they sale. They were very accommodating about getting out a quote, and had a great crew to do the installation. The whole job from quoting , measuring, and installation only took a week. I was very pleased with the quality of work. Other floor companies, I spoke with could not compete with the fast and timely service this store was able to provide
