I was recommended by a friend here. I was able to book my appointment with Jamie. She took her time and was very great at getting my feet n nails back to life after a few months aint been to a shop. I love the attention she took to my needs for my appointment.
Bad attitudes work is slipping and too expensive. I dont think these owners and technicians realize you wouldnt be in business if it wasnt for the customers. I think they need to have more appreciation and offer a free design or 2 for thier long standing customers. Or have a customer appreciation day twice a year to let us customers know we are appreciated.
I used to refer allot of people here but she loses long time customers because she double books and has loyal clients waiting over 30 minutes for a pre booked appointment. Respect your clients time.
