Absolutely terrible experience. This tax service was completely unprofessional and negligent. They made a major mistake on my tax return that cost me thousands of dollars. When I had another company review everything, they immediately identified the error.

I went back and requested a correction. He said he would “check and let me know” — and then completely ignored me. No follow-up. No accountability. No responsibility.

Be extremely careful. I strongly advise against trusting this company with your taxes.
