Professional and knowledagble like most tax firms, but what makes them the best is there communication and responsiveness. They will talk to you and take care of you. Please give them a chance. Very nice and hard working staff.

Just based on the phone call with Jonathan today, he is so knowledgeable, easy to ask my questions and he clearly answers them. How refreshing to find a tax service that delivers like this. I will see him in January for our taxes but I feel so at ease now that he explained things to me clearly. I highly recommend Jonathan and his team!

I was looking for a new tax preparer in the East Bay as I lost contact with my old one. After seeing reviews on Yelp, I decided to give Baywide Tax Service a try and am glad I did. John and Samantha were very helpful, professional, and friendly in answering my questions. I am looking forward to filing my taxes with them in the future.
