I cannot recommend this company ENOUGH!!! Family owned!
I called them and immediately they were able to book me for an emergency main sewer line clog. Josh came out and was able to get the clog out and detect a break in my main line and was able to fix it even w his busy schedule.
He explained his whole process, showed me where the break was, and showed me the whole repair process. Efficient, fast, great work, and amazing pricing!

So the Friday night of Memorial Day weekend is the absolute best time to have a plumbing emergency, am I right? After using the hose bib at the front of my house, the darn thing wouldn’t shut off. The main water valve shutoff didn’t work either, or so I thought. The water just kept trickling out. I thought I was in for a major, major repair. I reached out to several emergency plumbers in my area to no avail, and was getting very frustrated. Fortunately Star Rooter came through, and even better, I got Josh! Had a main sewer backup emergency late at night and they still came out after midnight to help us. Super professional, fast, and got everything working again when we were honestly really stressed.
