I had a great experience working with Julio from Star Rooter & Plumbing on our sewer lateral replacement. Julio was quick and responsive, he came out the same day I inquired to provide a quote which he sent over the same day. We were on a tight deadline to get the replacement done and Julio was able to schedule the work on short notice, handle the permits, and coordinate all necessary inspections.

Alex and his team at Star Plumbing did an outstanding job removing all the old cast iron piping throughout our entire house and replacing it with ABS. He did an amazing job explaining the situation, what needed to be done, and why. This gave us complete confidence in the process .He was extremely prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would.
