Highly recommend this Southland Hayward chiropractor office!
I’ve been going here for a few weeks now and I couldn’t be happier. Doctor Jack is incredibly jolly and friendly — he always greets you with a big smile and makes you feel comfortable right away. He’s also extremely knowledgeable and really knows his stuff. Every adjustment is on point, and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my back and overall mobility already.
The whole office runs smoothly and the staff is just as welcoming. If you’re looking for a chiropractor who actually cares and gets results, this is the place. 10/10 would recommend!

I was involved in a car accident and was in an extreme amount of pain. Dr. Jack customized my treatment plan to cater to my injuries. This was my first time going to a chiropractor and I was nervous for the adjustments at first. However, Dr. Jack made it a very calm and relaxing experience and I felt a lot better after the adjustments. I finished my treatment today and I am very happy with my results. I would definitely recommend him to others!
