I bought a gift card and I've tried to go on 2 separate occasions, at different times of the day, and the business was always closed. I tried to reach out and call but the number is disconnected. I would give zero stars if I could.

bad customer service I went inside it was my first time trying out the place the lady gave me a weir look that made me feel uncomfortable I ask her a question since it was my first time I started walking to the chairs section waiting for her to offer me help or tell me more about the business but no she goes “ are you okay because I see you walking around the store” I got offended honestly because I work for customer service and to me that felt like she assumed I looked suspicious or I was trying to steal something from there maybe I took it the wrong I don’t know but I will never go back somewhere where I don’t feel welcome.

Wandana, I think that's her name, was the only one there. I gave her the RMI card to pay which had $13. She said I have to add $50 to my card if I want to use it. I asked how much is the bill. She said $14. I said I'll give you the difference and she said it doesn't work that way. If I don't add $50 to the card then I can't use it and have to pay the $14. I told her NO. Why is she forcing me to spend $50 when bill is only $14 and my RMI card has $13. After going back and forth at it She finally said forget it coz there were 2 ladies waiting. WHAT a SCAM she was trying to pull off. Never coming back!!! Too bad I actually like the way she cleaned my brows, hence the 1 star.
