I am so pleased to have found this salon, this is the real deal—affordable, friendly, works with natural hair, clean, professional yet casual, and nothing pretentious about it. I came in to get a shampoo, trim, and two-strand twists and I absolutely love the result! I heard about Theresa online and I am thrilled to say she did not disappoint, she is a sweet, gentle soul and she not only gave me a cute new natural style, she also showed me some products to help keep my scalp and natural hair healthy. The banter among the stylists was also hilarious and kept me entertained, I will be back! Highly recommend :)

Experience definitely would vary, seems their register needs maintenance. Today is my first time there. Stylist Lacey was patient and polite. To my ignorance in hair, she had conversation with me to discuss what I need. Great service

They take appoinments the customer service is friendly. It's clean and well kept up by the the stylists there. Moderate $$ for the price and salon service and sometimes they ask for a tip. I recommend Ernestine.
