Buying a home was definitely stressful, but my experience was fairly streamlined compared to the stories I’ve heard from friends. Jon was there for me every step of the way and always made it clear that the most important thing was that I felt comfortable with my purchase. When things got hectic, I was incredibly grateful to have him there to lean on. I almost backed out at the last second, and I'm very glad I didn't, but it was reassuring that Jon was there to give me the facts, and would have been totally ok with whatever I decided.
