I had a wonderful experience here! Joanne took care of me. She's really a great nail artist!
I called them before they were open the day before my wedding and they answered! I told them I needed a really good nail artist because a different shop did a terrible job on my wedding nails after I left in tears the day prior. She told me to come in now. I made my way right over and Joann is who helped me. She asked for a reference photo, did exactly what I asked for and went above and beyond by even adding in some bling. I absolutely loved her artistry and will be back!

After trying out some places in Stockton, i still come back to hayward to go to queens. Their prices are reasonable for their services.
Update: I’ve decided today is the last time I will be coming here. I don’t know if they are under new management, but sanitation, some customer service has seemed to go down. I remember coming here and it was always packed! Their pedis are still decent the prices are as well.

Pretty bad from beginning to end. Super pushy and prices are not even listed. Lack of transparency on prices. Over priced and rough service. And only massaged my feet for 3 min when it should have been 5 min.
