I love renting a suite here as it feels very clean, professional, safe, and a comfortable environment for me and my clients! Jasmine is also attentive in making sure we’re all good and if we need anything which I definitely appreciate.

I have been renting here for a little over a year now. As a renter Jasmine has always been kind and gone out of her way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable here at the suites. Any time there was something minor to fix such as a water spot on the roof she got on it right away or even saying “hi” as she walks by. She even has gone out her way to hold a lunch for everyone to meet each other. She keeps the place looking brand new and clean.

I really am glad I chose this location to rent my studio. Jasmine has been a great building manager, she keeps the property clean and ensures everyone follows the rules to ensure a safe space for everyone. She has gone above and beyond by ensuring that she shares important information, and has brought the renters together to get to know one another. She even did this during a time she was dealing with a personal matter. I enjoy the environment and it has been drama free which is rare in the cosmetology industry.
