Special shout out to Marcus, the technician who performed the job onsite- for a very friendly, efficient, and professional service he has provided today. His customer service is phenomenal. The first appointment, he wasn't able to access the unit and had to reschedule. The 2nd time he got onsite, the tenant did not prep the unit despite instructions given her prior to the service call. Marcus gave her time to do it. He waited patiently and gets the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommended for those in need of pest control service, Orkin is the best. I've used them in the past when I managed properties in San Diego, CA.
