If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is all about what they tell you they are going to charge at first and then what they want charge after you are started and have no options. Charge for service, from Riley in the hospital, $100 per week service insurance won't cover because it is a service charge. At home told it is $20/day for 7 days or $140 per week. THEY DON'T COME EVERY DAY...ONLY ONCE A WEEK SO FAR...Don't believe anything they tell you verbally and don't use them, ask for an alternate supplier that will be up front with you. Charge for 7 day service but only service one day.

OptionCare as a company is the most disorganized healthcare organization I have ever encountered. I get quarterly IV infusions managed through OptionCare (not my choice of infusion center), and I get them done through home health, so a nurse comes to my house. I have been doing this since 2020.On one occasion they sent me someone else's medication delivery, and I had to repackage it and be available to have it picked up and it almost made my medication delivery late. On another occasion, they did not deliver my materials at all, because their team failed to complete my re-authorization of medication--over a month after my insurance authorization expired. So what can I say you get what you pay for. This company only cares of taking your money or refuse you treatment. Schedulers are extremely condescending to your needs.STAY AWAY IF YOU CAN! Makes no sense on coming here unless you want to be dragged and yelled at for your livelihood.
