When my drain totally backed up, I called Juan, who had been recommended by a neighbor. I called Monday morning, left a message, and Juan showed up Monday afternoon and did 2+ hours of rooter and camera work before he concluded that my lateral line had collapsed and needed replacement. No big surprise since it was 75 years old. Juan and his crew were polite, friendly, and highly efficient. Even though they are more fluent in Spanish than English, we managed to communicate and Juan is truly bilingual and a first rate person. Nexgen did a couple jobs for me recently. At one, Jose, Jaime and Leo did great work resolving a backed up drain. For the other job Juan came out and diagnosed our problem and had a team of guys come out with him to complete the job. They were all very professional and worked their butts off completing the work

NexGen was called due to a sewer backup. A crew was dispatched within a few hours on a weekend, did a temporary fix and diagnosed the problem. Within a couple of days PG&E was spraying the utility lines and shortly after that the permits were obtained by NexGen and the laterals were replaced and the job done. The garden was returned to its previous state and the clean up was accomplished. Everything done to code and within the estimate and in a timely manner. It was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable and professional company resolve our problem. We highly recommend NexGen.
