4 trips and didn’t fix original issue. Technician seemed to brush off issue from the start. When I called to ask about lid lock issue, they said they would call back and never did (2x). Eventually, they told me to buy a new washing machine. Im not sure if the technician did anything the last 2 visits

Showed up an hour late, took one look at the washer/dryer they knew they were being called out to look at, said it was a stacked unit so they could do nothing, and promptly left. Top notch stuff.

Great service from Jose!! Showed up on time and was efficient with his work. I really appreciated his kindness, he was quick in getting my refrigerator fixed so my food wouldn't spoil!! Definitely going to be calling on him again!
