Golden Bay Construction, Inc did some work for the City of San Jose on my property per the
City's request. They removed and poured concrete sidewalk or pathway, but in the process removed
a large amount of decorative bricks of 3 different types that lined parkway (or tree lawn, or hell strip).
We talkced to the workers and the following day and asked for the bricks to be returned and they said they would.
I also called them two days later and they said they would return the bricks once all the work was finished.

Several weeks had gone by so I attemped to call the company based on their contact page on their website.
