I called on Thursday to get my car detailed, and they gave me a appointment for 10am , waited out front for almost an hour nobody ever showed up , no reply to my text messages and no answer or call bac and on top of that it say they been open but no one is here , very unprofessional, I was going to use there service but this is just horrible rather spend with someone professional that appreciates my businessService: Auto detailing

Made an appointment with them for a Thursday at 1pm. On Wednesday evening without a call from them, I received an automatic text saying my appointment had been canceled and rescheduled for Friday at 1pm. Instead of them calling and confirming this was an OK time for me, I had to call them on Thursday and get more information.On Friday , I received another automated text at noon reminding me of the 1pm appointment. I showed up at 1pm and there was nobody there. They did not answer the door. Only sound was the dog scratching the door when I knocked. I called their number multiple times and got no answer.
