Initial communication with Junior was good. William came out and put in a new thermostat. Simple stuff, all is well. But Will didn't give me a receipt or invoice for the work, said Junior will provide, although I did give him a check before he left. I texted Junior 2 times and left 2 voice messages asking for him to send me an invoice for our tax purposes, but he ignored all my request for providing an invoice and now it's tax time and we don't have his invoice. That's ok, I guess, I'll just 1099 him and let him explain to the IRS. Poor follow through BA Appliance.
