Our 15+ year old wall heater gave out. Called 4 Seasons Heating and Air. They came out and gave us an estimate to replace it that was right in line with several other places that we had gotten quotes from. One thing they didn't do is try to add to the cost by trying to convince us to tear out part of our wall, or to change out the exhaust pipe (both things other places had told us we had to do) that after some sleuthing online I realized was not necessary. They were responsive and easy to schedule with, came when they said they were going to, did the repair with no muss no fuss. The heater looks good, and works great. Would use them again.
Our old AC unit quit working and William from 4 Seasons came out so promptly and fixed the unit on the same day. What we so appreciated about William wAs he was honest and straightforward without any bogus upwelling tactics. Even provided a few tips to maintain our old unit to keep it going rather than trying sell to replace with an expensive new equipment which could have been done easily. Such a rare gem this company is in this day and age.
Had a new unit installed about a year ago with them. Jeff was great to work with and did the job quick, but things fell apart when we tried to schedule the final inspection to get permits for the job. It's been about a year since the work was done, and I have not been able to get in touch with them to confirm a final date for the permit inspection. They've stopped returning my calls or replying to my texts. We feel misled as we intended to do the job with permits but 4 Seasons isn't seem to be following through.
