I got my HVAC system installed by 3rd gen in 2022, this week the heater stopped working . I gave them a call and Devin and Ceaser visited today to fix the issue. They were at the house right at the appointment time, understood the issue and fixed in few minutes. I found them very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained in detail the cause and how to prevent it in future . The best part was they were so nice they didn’t charge me as it was not a major fix. I always recommend 3rd gen for an awesome professional experience. It was a very good decision to purchase my HVAC from 3rd Gen.

Third Gen Heat Pump was one of the more pleasurable experiences I’ve had in a while. They were the first one to call me back and the first one to show up. They called me 15 min prior to arrival and my broken heater was diagnosed and fixed within 10 minutes. A definite recommendation for anyone.
