“I have been referred to this autoshop from my lawyer due to an accident and let me tell you my car was not in a good shape. It had paint marks and scratches from different accidents all over the car. When i arrived,The owner greeted me very pleasantly. As for my car, He basically changed the bumper with my insurance cost but got rid of the paint marks and got the scratches filed all over my car and repainted even on the areas that wasn't covered by my insurance for $100. I was extremely shocked at the service and it really felt like my car returned to me as new. I am beyond grateful for the kindness. “Long story short, car broke down we called mechanics express and Christopher came thru literally like a champion he came to us, gave us an estimate at our place, towed our car to his work shop, finished the work in two days. at the last day I added on another repair for the front left headlight and he fixed that lickety-split, also the pricing .. the pricing is on point this guy is not out to rob you he actually gives mechanics a great name. I highly recommend the service i'm definitely a customer for life.“

“We came to this Rivian Service Center in El Segundo on May 29, 2024 because it was the only nearby location that had our specific building for a 2023 R1T (it was on sale due to it being a 2023 model). Our experience at this service center was positive overall. Our assigned delivery guide, Jason, was very friendly & professional throughout the entire pickup process. There was a slight hiccup with our lease terms being finalized, which resulted in a delayed in picking up the vehicle. We spent a total of 90-100 minutes at the location instead of the 45 minutes that were originally allotted. The service from all the employees we interacted with weee also very positive. The customer lounge was very comfortable and welcoming. It felt like being in someone's hip living room. They provided complimentary coffee & boxed water. The restroom was also very clean. Overall, this is a great service center, but we will likely be going to the Eastvale location if we need service in the future since we live in Ontario.“
