The vets at Animal Clinic West were very patient, kind and really wanted the best for my baby kitty. She had an abscess on her jaw and needed to get spayed, they did the surgeries at the same time and she came out perfect. She is very healthy now! Thank you to the entire staff for helping us during a very difficult time.

I think this place is great for low cost, routine services or minor pet health issues. But if your pet needs extensive care or more complex treatments, I don’t think this is the right clinic for you. They close super early and even though they claim they have someone “checking in” on hospitalized pets, that someone is not a vet and if your pet has an urgent issue while there overnight, they won’t get the needed help. There is also no way to check in on your hospitalized pet outside of their 8-3 working hours. I recommend this clinic, there's a lovely couple who have been together for so long, we got my dog vaccinated here. I see various reviews that the veterinarian will ignore your questions, he just can't hear too well due to his agehat's all, otherwise very informative!
