“I loved my experience at Hair & Scalp Spa in Temple City a couple months ago, so I was excited to check out the Hacienda Heights location this month. This location is conveniently located in a shopping plaza, but as such it can be quite busy around the area. However, once you're inside the spa, all the bustle of the outside goes away. Just like my first time, I was recommended the 60-min Scalp Treatment after my scalp analysis. This time, my analysis revealed that my scalp was a bit dry but they said it was probably due to my washing my hair with hot water. And it's true because they used gently warm water for my treatment, and my scalp looked way nicer after and stayed that way the whole week! The treatment here was just as nice as at the other location, including head, neck, and shoulder massage - and hair wash/soak in 3 types of their herbal tea brewed fresh there. I fell asleep my first time so I didn't notice until this time, but they even use light-therapy on your scalp when they're rinsing your hair out! Definitely such a nice way to pamper yourself during the stressful holidays. Some of their products are for sale (like my favorite cooling hair toner), and they are running promotions on their membership packages. While these can be pricey up front, it's ultimately results in a discount per session AND you can split your package with friends/family. Something to consider!“

“Great massage been going here for about a year never had issue with giving a 20% tip my only issues are they tend to be loud talking amongst themself which takes away from the relaxation also sometimes they seem like they dont want a customer it may just be a bit of a language barrier. I will continue to support this place“
