I appreciated that they asked which areas I wanted to focus on before we started. My massage therapist was able to find all the areas where I was holding tension, especially in my shoulders and upper back.

The pressure was firm and I could feel a noticeable difference throughout the session. My knots are pretty stubborn and loud when you roll on it, so I was happy to see they spent extra time working on those areas instead of rushing.

I would definitely recommend adding the $10 hot stones! It made the whole experience even better. They used multiple stones and left them on my back for that nice warmth. Some places only use a couple of stones throughout the massage, so I appreciated the extra stones.

“Dr. Gair was recommended to me by my chiropractor who has retired. Dr. Gair specializes in his laser treatment and orthotics that he created himself. Dr. Gair takes 30 minutes per session and I had to come back 3 times in order to treat my injury on my right foot and the soreness in my neck caused by one of his adjustments. I bought a pair of his orthotics where he needed to get my feet scanned by his machine to make sure they were a good fit for mechanics of my feet. They were very expensive, but they have been more durable than store bought ones and other chiropractor created ones that I've had. It's been two months now and so far so good. I'm noticing more improvements with the way that my feet and ankle are moving. Office staff and Dr. Gair are very nice. I recommend going through the website to make an appointment. You'll get reminder texts on your phone and texting that number seems to be the quickest way to get in contact with them. Note: it's not the number you see on Yelp. They also sell package deals for the sessions. See the receptionist for details. They're only open during the weekdays from Monday to Thursday due to Dr. Gair's schedule. They're located in the second floor. They have a key for the restroom that's located in a different office.“
