“Pretty good massage- Linda was strong and knew the pressure points. I was nervous coming in at first because of the low ratings, but was pleasantly surprised by the quality of service. Interior seemed clean. Pleasant choice of music. Wonderful heating pad on bed. 4 stars instead of 5 because they use lotion instead of oil (own preference- I always prefer oil). Walk-ins welcome and credit card accepted. They need to claim their business on Yelp and fix their exterior sign- wouldn't have thought this business was open without the help of Yelp.“

“I'll give them a 5-star just because I have respects for small business owners. Veena Spa is a owned mainly by one lady and she occasionally hires a helper if she gets busy. Place is clean and quiet enough. However, today I've decided that I'll never go back again. My cellphone number is from out of state. Whenever I call her to make an appointment, she questions whether it's a prank. After going there a couple of times, I made another appointment but my spot was given away because she was convinced I wouldn't show up. She was apologetic when I did show up and offered to extend my session. I thought after this time, she's gotta remember me. Nope. Today I called she didn't pick up. I called again and she picked up with impatient tone. I asked for an appointment and she said "we don't take appointments. You walk in" and she hung up on me. This is when I realized she didn't remember me and she didn't want to get stood up. I'm not going to drive there just to see if I can get an appointment. If she happens to be in a session, I think it's unpleasant and rude for that customer. Anyways, so long. I wonder who is that son of a gun who pranked her so many times that scarred her. She could have lost quite a few customers already.“
