Diana and Suah were incredibly thorough and attentive throughout the massage. You can immediately tell that both of them are highly experienced and very knowledgeable. They took their time and paid close attention to every area, making sure nothing was rushed or overlooked. After the massage, my body felt significantly more recovered and relaxed — every single minute truly felt worth it.
The skincare treatment was equally amazing. My skin tone looked noticeably brighter right after, and my skin felt incredibly soft, smooth, and hydrated with a healthy glow. I could see and feel the difference immediately, and the results lasted beyond just that day.

“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.“
