Hospital case worker arranged for a transfer chair from SuperCare Health. The office called for final info and to inform of small co-payment and could hear mom loudly expressing her unhappiness in the background of our call. The office called their dispatch and was able to move up our hospital bedside delivery to later the same day. The very polite delivery driver introduced himself and showed me all details of the chair efficiently. This bedside service was so awesome, we felt like the only customer. Mom got to go home and the chair has been fantastic to have! Thank you SuperCare Health!

This Dept was closing at 12pm and I arrived at almost 12pm to have my data taken from my cpap machine SD card to print out a compliance report NEEDED to clear me for my class B. Long story short. I desperately needed it done to go to work, having missed 2 days already (not their fault). The front desk was very caring and rushed my SD card in the back. About 10-12 min later Francis came out and had compliance reports to cover WHATEVER I needed! 30, 90 days and 1 year!!! She went the extra mile when she could’ve said, “No you’re too late, I’m off and going home.”Now that is old school customer service you very rarely see anymore!!!
