“Theressa is amazing! I've been going to her for a few years, and even after moving out of the 626 area, I drive back to Theressa because I trust her artistry, attention to detail, care, and communication. She expertly understands the limits of hair and chemicals, and will be clear and honest with setting expectations based on hair condition. I went in not knowing exactly what I wanted, but with remnants of a perm and grown out single hair color from last year. I showed Theressa some ideas of what I wanted, and she guided me to find something my hair could handle -- which in this case was with a bit of bleach (too much would've damaged my hair), and a different color than I had in mind, but I think turned out better than the pictures I brought. Theressa is patient and really listened to me. She took care to analyze how the hair color would compliment my skin tone & how the cut would frame my face, and guided me through the entire process. She also gave me tips on how to style my hair for an upcoming event. Theressa's assistant Cindy was also so helpful, attentive & communicative!

She really knows what she's doing, and checks in with you about the amount of pressure she is using. She is also an incredibly kind and caring soul whose presence is so soothing. She really loves helping people relax and feel better, and it shows. She creates a relaxing environment with dim lighting, white noise, and peaceful music softly playing. He’s a perfectionist, and I got to admire his work throughout the whole process from washing, cutting, shaping, to styling, he was absolutely meticulous, and has a very soft touch (never felt any pain, I usually do at most salons)! On my way out, I saw an Asian girl who had bleached blonde hair, and let me tell you, it looked GOOD. So I think this place is a true gem with professionals who know what they’re doing. “Incredible studio with locations in LA and OC. I booked them as my third wedding trial after not liking the first two. They were incredibly receptive to my requests, and absolutely DELIVERED! I happily booked them for my wedding makeup, plus my mom, MIL and grandmother. They run the gamut from full Korean style makeup to Western makeup -- I was somewhere in the middle! Good prices and they don't charge extra to install extensions, either. Super responsive and easy to communicate with.“
