I have significant moisture issues under the house. I called Allen's to check it out. He arrived promptly at the appointed time. He checked the area thoroughly and determined that it wasn't plumbing. Very friendly and professional. The charge was very reasonable. I'll call them again if the need arises. And he didn't try to "up-sell" like a different company did in the past!
