He answered my call, had a few questions to rule out "operator error" type of things, and then said he'd be out the next morning. He showed up by 8:30 a.m., with a full day ahead of him of other work, and in 40 minutes had the system working perfectly. He had the required part on his truck, explained the problem to me in detail, and was quick and polite at taking care of it. He is at the top of my list for HVAC!!“
