Even from a distance!!! Mark is so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a dishwasher that simply wouldn’t work! Mark came in, diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and fixed it in short order! We will definitely use Mark again if the need arises. Dependable, reliable, excellent at keeping us appraised of our situation and progress. Highly recommend!!!

great service , actually appeared in Arnold as soon as he could (not many technicians come there sadly). Knowledgeable, honest , decent guy , fixed our old fridge and discussed options between buying the new one (since ours is too old ) and fixing it . not pushy just normal good person who knows his business .
