Marin Health refers Dr. Cummings but the doctor's office doesn't update their umbrella organization (Marin Health). So one calls for an appt & is told that her "practice is closed" oh and that she's "conciergei-$2600/hr annual fee". Practice manager hung up as soon as she told me "practice closed". Wow, what kind of doctor is this?

Worst experience ever with a physician and the concierge choice service that you need to subscribe to in order to be seen by a doctor. After signing up and paying $1750/year with concierge choice to gain access to Ann Cummings Medical practice. We showed up to see the doctor and she kept leaving the exam room and taking forever to return. Her bedside manner was also rude and after 2 appointments like this we decided to stop seeing her. Dr. Cummings is a very capable doctor. Why one star? Because her administrative staff is deplorable. Really! It isn't worth your time to have to deal with the incompetence and snotty attitude of those who work for her. If you are going to spend the $$ on a concierge doctor, it is advisable to go somewhere where the staff embraces and embodies the concept.
