I have been seen in the urgent Care twice and had excellent care the front office staff was great the PA I saw Eric was wonderful I was really surprised that the care I got was as good as it was and I hope the great care continues

I see Dr Derrick Brown and I can't stand up about the care I received from him and his office staff. He is always thorough thoughtful and most of all kind. His medical assistant is also top notch. The pharmacy, the lab, the phone system and scheduling leave something to be desired. It's incredibly frustrating to reach a staff member over the phone when you need to.☺

We’ve been seeing Dr. Joyce since both of my daughters were born, and we absolutely adore her — her care and compassion are unmatched. Unfortunately, since the merger with Western Sierra, the phone service has become quite challenging.

Over the past few weeks, I’ve experienced hold times of 30 minutes or more on several occasions, and once had to wait four business days for a call back. I completely understand that large transitions like this take time to smooth out, but I hope these issues are resolved soon — especially when it comes to reaching someone about children’s health.
