This was the best ear nose and throat clinic I had been to in my entire search for someone who would finally help get rid of a bad ear infection I had that needed to be surgically removed. If the ENT specialists are still there I highly recommend them. They take all kinds of insurance. It's the best ENT office in the whole Northern California area that I know of.

Absolute joke. They charge for services that are not rendered and when you call they pass you on to patient advocacy.

Lois at security front door is very rude. Your in a position to deal with the public . Everyone that walks in that door doesn't know where to go or who to talk to your job to help the public navigate the hospital..The way you were snapping at people is absolutely uncalled for and unprofessional...
