About eight years ago, I had a balayage done by someone else, and I wasn’t happy with it at all. My hair felt dry, and I couldn’t wait for it to grow out. Because of that experience, I was hesitant to color my hair again. Over the years, though, Edith and I had talked during my haircut appointments about hair color, the high-quality products she uses, and her approach to keeping hair healthy. When I finally decided I was ready, I sent her inspiration pictures (created with ChatGPT), and she asked all the right questions to make sure we were on the same page.

The result exceeded my expectations. My highlights look exactly how I wanted them—soft, natural, and effortless, but still noticeable. I’ve received so many compliments, and I absolutely love both the color and the haircut.
