We recently had our pool equipment relocated, which required re-piping as well as work on the gas line and electrical connections. Travis was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating, working around our schedule with no issues. His crew was professional, knew exactly what needed to be done, and completed the job correctly the first time—no follow-up work was needed. The cost of the project was in line with the high quality and professionalism of the work performed. We’re very happy with the results and will absolutely hire them again for future projects.

Pacific Pools is my preferred pool builder in the SB county area. They have a professional team that pays attention to details from permitting process to pool start up and beyond. I have built 2 pools with them in the last 3 years and am very pleased with my experience and final product.

My new pool was completed about a week ago (different pool builder). The startup guy my pool builder hired to start the equipment and balance the water messed up bad and added way too much cyanuric acid (more than 100ppm). PebbleTec says to have no more than 30ppm during the first 4 weeks. There are two ways to fix high cyanuric acid problems, 1) drain and refill, 2) filter it out using reverse osmosis. PebbleTec strongly discouraged the drain/refill option as it could damage the new PebbleSheen finish. That's where Pacific Pools came into the picture. I called on a Thursday and spoke with Travis. He said he could be there Monday morning and fix my problem. He showed up on time, was professional, knowledgeable, informative and friendly. The RO process took about 10 hours. At the end of it all the water was back within PebbleaTec's recommended startup range.
