I have gone into Precision Welding twice with relatively small jobs. Each time I was treated with complete professionalism and courtesy. They went above and beyond providing excellent customer service and the repairs I needed were done perfectly. I would highly recommend them and will absolutely go there again. In the midst of a complicated project and in need of angle irons and the late discovery of needing steel corner moldings, a last minute additional requirement as well, I found Precision Welding. I called them at 3:00 on a Thursday and they were trying to close yet they agreed to cut the first request for the angle irons they had in stock and said I needed to pick them up on the next day, Friday, even though this was their 'off' Friday. They accommodated me by cutting the material and locating the metal corner coverings. Respectable company. I brought in a motorcycle tailpipe with a broken weld that exposed a hole. They fixed the weld first but did not fully fill the hole, leaving the main problem I had with the pipe. I returned and asked if they could re-do the job unfortunately expecting to pay more, but they went ahead and fixed their work and perfectly sealed the seam, and welded everything back, no charge. Great customer service and respect, I will be coming back.
