Very unprofessional. There is a tiny piece that they could have easily replaced in my hearing aid but they refused to even though they had it in stock. This isn’t a piece that needs to be sent in through insurance. I would recommend anywhere but Sonus
Because my husband is a truck driver, it makes it almost impossible to request time off that coordinates with Dr. availability and hrs of operation. This office has canceled/rescheduled two times for the same appointment recently and canceled/rescheduled on the 1st initial visit. We loose $300-400 a day if his wheels aren't rolling. So they have cost us almost a $1000 loss. The one time they did see us, staff seams nice, technician who cleaned out his hearing aids was great. I wish I could visit his original location but it's in Lancaster almost two hrs from where we live now. It was much better customer service. Not, Dr had emergency twice or the equipment broke this morning! Our time is money. You wouldn't appreciate us not showing up for scheduled appts. keeping you from scheduling paying patients. He is due for new hearing aids, how am I supposed to get him seen. Called another office near City of Hope Duarte. Left several msgs over several days over a week. No call back, no pick up, nothing! This is sad considering his aids are his life, if he can't hear, he can't work or work safely. Wish this office took that more seriously! Do better for the hearing impaired!
This hearing center is a big ripoff first they would not take our insurance and so we paid $50, and they did nothing the aid fell apart and they told me they had to have the aid.
Well, my mom got hit by a car because aid fell apart while crossing the street and she did not hear the car. Thank God she is OK but they could not help me with fixing it .
