I’ve had several hearing exams in the last couple of years from other doctors. I was not confident in their assessment and care. I decided to go to Dr. Ivory for my last exam. My hearing exam with Dr. Ivory was far and away better than the others! He is very pleasant, and certainly knows his business. He gave me a thorough and concise exam. He carefully explained to me the condition of my hearing. I asked him quite a few questions, and he answered them very thoroughly and to my complete understanding and satisfaction! A great experience if you need the best information and solution for your hearing needs!
I came here after doing thorough research after having been disappointed at two prior attempts to get hearing aids at other places. The experience I had at the other places was a focus on selling me a device without any concomitant concern on how well they were suited to me and how well I could adapt to them. Dr. Ivory was concerned about how well I could use the hearing aids and he employed state of the art, gold standard, testing to ensure the aids were optimal for my particular hearing deficits. It took time, and a couple of visits, but the aids fit my (differently shaped) ear canals, they are perfectly comfortable, and I am confident in using them.
