Very friendly front receptionist and doctor. Doctor explained everything she was doing during the eye exam and they both helped me pick out a pair of glasses in the end. 5 stars! I will visit Dr. Chong again 😊
I have been going to Dr Carlton’s Optometrist’s office in Glendora for several years now and have always had a positive experience. A couple of years ago, Dr Melissa Chong joined his staff and I’m so glad she did. Dr Chong is very friendly, professional, patient and knowledgeable about all things eyes 👀. I will continue to “see” her in the future as my Optometrist!
My wife and I have been going to this office first with Dr. Carlton and now with Dr. Chong for over 12 years. Wonderful personal service, in and out quickly. I highly recommend them.
